Terms and Conditions
1. PAYMENT

Full payments need to be made through the website before any sessions or plans may commence.

Failure to make payment will result in the session or plan being cancelled, and the impacted client being notified via email or whatsapp.

In extraordinary circumstances, full payment may be made in cash prior to the session or plan commencing, and would need to be timeously communicated and explicitly agreed to by the coach prior to the session or plan commencing.
2. CANCELLATION (ONCE-OFF)

Once-off sessions may be cancelled up to 24-hours before the commencement of a session.

Client will receive full refund of session.

Failure to do so will result in no refund being payable to the impacted client.

Cancellation of session will need to be actioned on the Nu Ag Academy website or mobile app, and further communicated to the coach via Whatsapp.
3. CANCELLATION (SUBSCRIPTION PLANS)

Subscription Plans may be cancelled up to 15 days before the anniversary date of the Plan. (Ie. If 3 Month Plan was bought on 15 January, client may cancel Plan 15 days before either the 15th of February or 15th of March).

Client will receive full refund of remaining term of Plan.

Failure to do so will result in no refund being payable to the impacted client.

Cancellation of session will need to be actioned on the Nu Ag Academy website or mobile app, and further communicated to the coach via Whatsapp.
4. NU AG COMMITMENT

Nu Ag Academy commits to providing an excellent service to all our clients, by ensuring that our coaches are professional at all times, and honour the time commitments of all sessions booked.

Nu Ag Academy commits to ensuring that the playing venue is clean, and safe for all participants of our programs.

In instances where we have not met the above commitments, we will remedy accordingly through:

Refund of session or plan

Discount/ Coupon for future sessions

Other remedy (As decided upon by Nu Ag Academy)

5. CLIENT COMMITMENT

The Client commits to adhere to the Player Code of Conduct at all times.

Failure to do so, may result in Nu Ag Academy terminating any existing agreement with the Client with no refund of payment.
6. TRAINING ADVICE
-
Any training advice provided by the Nu Ag Academy is that of a guideline. It is the sole responsibility of the client to provide complete and accurate information so that the appropriate training guidelines can be given to them.

The Nu Ag Academy does not provide any medical diagnosis or advice regarding an individual’s physical or medical condition.
7. CHANGES TO TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT

Nu Ag Academy reserves the right to add to, remove or change the terms and conditions applicable to this agreement. The most up to date terms and conditions will always apply, and will be available on the Nu Ag Academy website.

Changes will be communicated as soon as reasonably possible, and will be communicated through:

Advising on the Nu Ag Academy Website; or

Contacting our clients directly via email, phone or SMS
